Skyware seamlessly integrates our Hotel Point of Sale module within its superior Cloud-Based Hotel Property Management System providing hotel guests with a single folio outlining all purchases and activities combined on one easy-to-read statement.
Corporate customers can view their individual and group room reservations, banquet rooms, food or catering activities without having to look at three or four different bills. Resorts with on-site general Restaurants, General Store, Spa, or other hotel provided activities will have the same capability when they use our retail POS, Spa and Activities Scheduler, or Sales and Catering module.
Each module automates specific hotel functions like managing sales and catering events, selling merchandise from hotel stores, and scheduling hotel guest activities. When combined, each of these unique modules are seamlessly integrated into Skyware’s resort management software where any hotel employee can see a guest’s activity, report on a guest purchase, or answer a guest’s question by simply looking at the guest’s bill. Like many Hotel POS systems for hotels, Skyware supports the Universal Product Codes (UPC) standard allowing resorts and hotels to quickly and easily complete sales.
